The Use of UAVs for Land Use Planning of Brownfield Regeneration Projects-Case Study: Former Brick Factory, Cluj Napoca, Romania

Brownfields are a real problem which affects the urban appearance of cities and quality life their inhabitants. In Romania, industrial areas were mainly concentrated on outskirts large cities, in immediate vicinity residential areas. With closing factories additional population big there was need for expansion with social-economic function. This paper proposes case study from classical surveying measurement equipment (GNSS—Global Navigation Satellite System TS—Total Station) land use planning brownfield regeneration projects.
